2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups canned pumpkin (real pumpkin not pumpkin pie filling) Trader Joes sells it.
1 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda

Frosting:
1/2 stick butter (softened)
1 8oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 Full box powdered sugar
2-3 tsp vanilla


Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add the next four ingredients and mix together.
Place in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes

This is a delicious and easy fall cake. It looks super cute in the Pumpkin molds from William Sonoma, but can also be made in a cake pan.
