10 large mushrooms
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 clove minced garlic
to cup crabmeat (you may substitute imitation)
2 T chopped fresh parsley
cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems and wash and dry mushrooms. Mix all the other ingredients together and spoon into the mushroom caps. Place on a cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes at 350.
