2 lbs venison steaks
3 medium onions, sliced thin
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 - 2 stalks celery, chopped
2 c canned tomatoes
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
flour, salt & pepper
3 tbsp bacon grease
1 pkg cooked egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cut venison into serving sized pieces. Dredge in mixture of flour, salt and pepper and fry in bacon grease in large skillet with lid. When browned on all sides, add onions, bell peppers and celery and cook until vegetables are soft. Add Worcestershire sauce and tomatoes. Cover and cook over low heat until tender (1 1/2 - 2 hours). Serve over cooked egg noodles.
