1 cup almonds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
4 cups quick oats, uncooked
1 cup raisins
1 cup light corn syrup
2/3 cup salad oil
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup toasted wheat germ*
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:

Grease 13X9" pan. In large bowl, mix all ingredients until well mixed. Spoon mixture into prepared pan and push down with waxed paper until level. Bake 20 minutes in a 350º oven until light brown. Cool in pan, but before completely cool, mark and cut into squares. Let cool for at least two hours. Remove bars with pancake turner and wrap individually in plastic wrap. Store in freezer or refrigerator.

*It is not necessary to toast wheat germ.
