Ingredients:  
Juice and rind of 2 oranges and 2 lemons
Pineapple and juice from a flat can of crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar
pinch of salt
2 Tbs. flour (heaping)
1 egg, beaten
1 cup whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first two ingredients together with sugar, pinch of salt and flour. Combine and cook until clear. Add the egg and cook a few minutes longer. Cool.

Add to whipped cream when ready to serve. Use for dip for fresh fruits or for fruit salads. Will keep for a long time in covered jar in the fridge.
