2 cans clams, minced
1 cup onions, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrots, diced
3 cups potatoes, diced
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
1 quart milk or cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain clams and use juice to cook vegetables. Add enough water to cover. Cook 15 minutes.

Melt butter and add flour, milk, salt and pepper. Stir and cook until it thickens. Add to vegetables and water. Add clams and heat.
