2 (7-ounce) bags peppermint candies, unwrapped
3 cups heavy whipping cream
2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
Pirouette or shortbread cookies or Chocolate bars

Directions:
Directions:
Place the canies in a sealable plastic bag. Crush with the back of a spoon or a meat mallet.
Whip the cream in a bowl. Beat in the confectioners' sugar until blended. Fold in the crushed candy. Cover and chill for several hours for the colors to blend.
Serve with cookies or chocolate bar pieces.
