Blend in blender. Meanwhile, melt 2 Tbs. butter in a 9x13" cake pan. Pour in batter and cook at 450º for 15 minutes or until brown. Eat immediately. Serve with butter, syrup, fresh or frozen fruit or a variety of other things that you like on pancakes. I have also cooked this in individual pie pans, which are nice.
