Ingredients:  
1/2 cup chopped ripe black olives
1/4 cup minced green onion
1 cup grated American cheese
1/4 cup mayonaise
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder (optional)
1/4 tsp. salt.
English Muffins orSour Dough rounds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix throughly.
Spread on English Muffins.
Broil until hot and cheese has melted.
Cut into wedges to serve warm.

The cheese spread is best using the curry powder. It stores well in the refrigerator.
