paprika
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 cup sliced green onions & pepper strips
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle steak with paprika. Melt 2 Tbsp margarine, brown. Add 2 cloves garlic, 1 1/2 cups beef broth. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in 1 cup sliced geen onions & pepper strips. Cover, and cook for 5 minutes. Blend 2 Tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 cup water, and 1/4 cup soy sauce. Stir in and cook 2 minutes.
