12 vanilla wafers
1/2 c sugar
2 8oz.pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs

Directions:
Line muffin tins with foil liners
Place 1 wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar on medium speed till well blended. Add eggs. Mix will. Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full. Bake 25 mins. at 325º. Remove from pan when cool and chill. May top with fruit, preserves, nuts. or chocolate.
