1 lg. steak - flank steak or round steak,
1 T. flour
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
2 T. soy sauce
1 beef boullion cube
1/2 t. pepper
1 large onion, ringed

Directions:
Directions:
Partially freeze steak so that it is easy to cut. Cut into cubes. In a saucepan, cook all other ingredients for about ten minutes stirring regularly. Place a small amount of oil in a large frying pan. Brown meat. Add sauce and simmer for approximatelty 15 minutes.
