1 lb. hamburger meat
1 cup chopped onion
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 can water
2 Tbsp. chilli powder
1 tsp. salt
1 can whole kernal corn, drained

Topping:
1 cup cornmeal
1 1/2 cup water
1 tsp. salt
grated cheddar cheese(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onion. Drain and add tomato sauce, water, chilli powder, salt, and corn. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Pour into a casserole dish.
Combine cornmeal, water, salt and grated cheddar cheese if desired; mix well. Pour over meat mixture and bake at 400º for 25 - 30 minutes.
