1 envelop Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 lbs potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 c. olive oil
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. In large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Place coated potatoes in a shallow baking pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
