1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 envelopes rapid/instant rise yeast
3/4 c. warm water
3 T. olive/canola oil


Toppings:
3 c. fully cooked, frozen, breaded chicken/tenders, chopped
spaghetti sauce
1 c. Italian blend shredded cheese/colby jack
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Directions:

Spray 8x8 pan or little bigger if less bread desired. Mix batter ingredients together in a bowl or right into pan spread to edges. Let rest 5-10 minutes (in the time it takes to prepare toppings). Top: Spread evenly with chicken. Pour Spaghetti sauce over top (1 jar or however much you desire), sprinkle with cheese and Italian seasonings. Sprinkle with canned Parmesan cheese if desired. Bake by placing in a cold oven, set temp. to 350º bake for 30 minutes until baked through.
