1 Tbsp oleo or butter (I found it takes a little more)
2/3 cup Bisquick
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb fryer chicken, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425. Melt oleo in 13x9 pan.Mix bisquick, paprika, salt & pepper. Coat chicken. Place chicken, skin side down, in pan. Bake uncovered 35 min. Turn, bake 15 min. more.
