5 lbs. country ribs with holes pokes in them
2 bottles of your favorite BBQ sauce
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp celery salt
2 Tbsp liquid smoke
1/3 c worchester sauce.

Mix all ingredients together saving 1/2 bottle of BBQ sauce.
Poke holes in ribs. Pour mixture over ribs. Marinate overnight.
Cook in 250 oven for 3-4 hours. Slather with BBQ sauce adn
cook moremore hour or grill.
