1 Cup Minute Rice 1 Cup Cream of celery soup 1 Cup Cream of mushroom soup 1 Cup Milk 1 Pkg Dry onion soup mix (or Durkee onions) 1 Frying Chicken (Cut up,Like using skinless & boneless chicken breasts)
Sprinkle dry rice evenly over the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish. Place chicken pieces on the rice. mix together the soup & milk then pour over rice& chicken. Sprinkle top with dry soup mix. Cover tightly with foil Bake for 2 1/2 hours at 350º.
