2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup butter
1 Tbs dried parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Tabasco Sauce to taste

Combine all ingredients and simmer briefly. Serve with fish.
