3 lbs. Hamburger (I use venison)
13-oz can Evaporated Milk
2 Eggs
2 C. Cracker Crumbs (1 sleeve Premium)
1 Onion, chopped
¼ tsp. powdered garlic
½ tsp. chili powder
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp. salt

SAUCE:
2 C. Ketchup
½ C. Dark Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Liquid Smoke (Optional)
½ tsp. Powdered Garlic
½ C. Chopped Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, form into meatballs and cram them into a cake pan. Pour sauce over meatballs, bake at 375 degrees for at least one hour. Test a ball in the center of the pan to see when they're done.
