2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2/3 c. butter
3/4 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
11/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt


Frosting:
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 T. milk
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
green food coloring


Chocolate Topping:
1 c. chocolate chips
6 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine sugar, eggs, butter, cocoa, and vanilla by hand in bowl. Mix until creamy. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Spread into greased 10X13 pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Whip together frosting ingredients and spread over cooked and cooled brownies. Put into freezer to set. Melt chocolate chips with butter over low heat. Cool slightly and pour over green frosting. Spread carefully by tilting the pan. Allow to set.
