4 eggs
1 - 15oz. can of pumpkin
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream Cheese Frosting:
1/4 c. butter softened
1/2 c. cream cheese, softened
2 c. powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Blend all ingredients together (except for frosting). Pour batter into greased 10X15 pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
Serves 12.
