6-8 slices of white bread
1 lb cooked sausage, drained
1 t mustard
1 c cheese mix (swiss, jack, pepper jack, mozzarella or cheddar)
6 beaten eggs
3/4 c half and half
1 1/4 c milk
1 sm can mushrooms
1 t Worcestershire sauce
Optional 1 small can green Chiles

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange bread in greased 9 x 13 pan.
Add and layer browned sausage, cheese, mushrooms, optional Chiles.
Combine all other ingredients, mix well with whisk and pour over sausage and bread.
Refrigerate over night.
Bake 350 25-30 min.
