Country style ribs or pork chops,
1 can sauerkraut.
salt, pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Cover with foil and pre-cook ribs or pork chops in oven for at least an hour with water, salt and pepper. Drain water off. Cover with sauerkraut, including juice. Bake until meat is done.
