3- 8 oz Packages of Cream cheese
1 c sugar
5- eggs
1 1/2 t vanilla

TOPPING
Cream and set aside
2 c sour cream
1/4 c sugar

Fruit
1 can of Cherry pie filling. (or other types of fruit)

Directions:
Directions:
All ingredient to be a room temperature.
Cream together until smooth. Add eggs one at at time and beat well in between. Add Vanilla. Pour into muffin liners (2/3 full). Bake 350 35 min.
Remove from oven, add 1 T of topping to each cup cake. Place back in oven for additional 5 min.
Cool and add fruit pie filling to top.
