Ingredients:  
1 lb. hamburg,
1 cup instant rice,
1 medium onion,
1 medium green pepper,
1 can tomato soup,
1-14.5 oz. can Italian style diced tomatoes,
1 tsp. chili,
salt,
pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Fry hamburg until done. Drain off fat. In baking dish, mix all ingredients except chili. Bake at 350 for 45 min. 15 min. before done, add chili
