1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c butter
1/2 c shortening
2 eggs
2 3/4 c flour
2 t cream of tartar
1 t baking soda
1/4 salt

3 T sugar
3 t cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oven to 400
Mix sugar, butter, shortening and eggs in large bowl. Stir in other ingredients.
Shape dough by rounded spoonfuls into balls.
Mix cinnamon and sugar and roll balls in mixture. Place about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 min. Remove immediately to cool.
