1 pkg. (2 cups) light brown sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
3 eggs
1 tbsp. water
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 small package chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and water. Put dry ingredients together then mix all ingredients. Add chips. Bake in a 13 x 9 inch lightly greased pan at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
