2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. cake meal
2 tbsp. potato starch
chocolate chips or almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil and nuts or chocolate chips. Add cake meal and potato starch. Refrigerate at least 1 1/2 hours. Make balls and mash with a fork. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 400º for 10 to 15 minutes or until edges are brown.
