1- 8 oz pkg. Cream Cheese
1/2 C. Sugar
1 T. Real Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Dash of Salt
2 eggs
8 inch pie crust
Topping-
1 C. Sour Cream
2 T. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt in bowl. Add eggs. Beat again until fluffy. Pour into crust. Heat in oven for 25-30 min. Cool for 5 min. Pour on Topping. Bake for 10 min. Refrigerate for 1 day.
Topping-
Mix all ingredients and pour on pie.
