2 very ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/2 c. honey
1/3 c. oil
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/3 c. soy flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
cinnamon
nutmeg
sunflower seeds
