1/2 c. white vinegar 1/3 c. rice vinegar 1/3 c. canola oil 1/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. soy sauce sesame seeds 1 c. blanched slivered almonds 1-2 pkg. ramen noodles (no seasonings) broken into pieces 1 medium head cabbage and shredded carrots 1 bunch green onions chopped
Bring liquid ingredients to a boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool. Put noodles on oiled cookie sheet and brown on 350º. (Watch carefully. Don't burn.) Just before serving, mix and toss ingredients.
