1 1/4 C. Crushed Graham Crackers
1 Stick Butter, softened
4 Eggs
1 lb. Ricotta, drained
1 lb. Cream Cheese, softened
1 lg. Sour Cream, 16 oz.
1 C. Sugar
1 T. Lemon Juice
1 T. Vanilla
3 T. Corn Starch
3 T. Cake Flour.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix graham crackers and butter well and put in a spring farm pan and chill. Cream sugar and eggs, add cheeses and sour cream. Blend well. Add all remaining ingredients. Pour over crumbs and bake for 1 hr. Turn off oven and let set for 2 hrs. Chill.
