18 Vanilla Wafers
2- 8 oz pkgs. Cream Cheese
1/2 C. Sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 C. Pie Filling (Cherry or Blueberry)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line muffin tins with liners and put one wafer in each. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla for 5 minutes. Fill each liner with mixture 1/4 inch from the top. Bake 15 min. Cool. Spoon 1 tsp. of pie filling on each. Refrigerate until served.
