4 Eggs Beaten Well
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups of coconut
Big lump of Butter chopped (3 Tablespoon)

Directions:

Beat Eggs well. Add rest of the ingredients. Mix well and pour into a 9 inch pie crust.

Bake 350 degrees for about an hour or until the middle doesn't jiggle any more. Yummy!
