3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 t. salt
1/8 t. onion salt
3 T. lemon juice
1 - 2 T. curry powder or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken and celery. In a separate bowl or cup, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon, and curry powder. Add mayonnaise mixture to the chicken and celery, blending well. Serve over mixed greens and sprinkle with toasted almonds if desired. Also great on crescent rolls.
