2 lbs. frozen hash browns, shredded
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. softened butter
salt and pepper to taste
topping: 2 c. crushed corn flakes and 1/4 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together all ingredients except topping and put in 9x13 pan. Mix together topping and spread evenly on top of casserole. Bake 1 hour.
