1 fryer cut up
2 lb fresh cut up okra
4 fresh tomatoes diced
1 lg onion chopped
1T flour
2 qt water
3T oil
Tony chachere seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
season chicken with Tony's & brown in oil using 4 qt pot, set chicken aside. saute okra in pot, while sauteing sprinkle flour over okra. add tomatoes & onions, cook for 10 minutes. add water & bring to a boil. add chicken & simmer for 1 hour.
