8 oz (2 cups) uncooked dried radiatore (pasta nuggets)*
1 lb ground beef
1 medium (1/2 c.) onion, chopped
1 c. frozen whole kernel corn
1/2 c. mild taco sauce
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
1 (4oz) can chopped green chilies, drained
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
4 oz (1 c) Land O Lakes cheddar cheese, shredded
2 oz (1/2 c) Land O Lakes mozzarella cheese, shredded
tomato wedges (if desired)
avocado slices (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Cook radiatore according to package directions. Rinse with hot water; drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, in 10 inch skillet cook ground beef and onion, stirring occasionally, until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain fat. Stir in corn, taco sauce, tomato sauce, chilies, cumin and salt. Stir in radiatore. Spoon into greased 2-qt casserole. Sprinkle cheese over mixture in alternating rows to form 3 Cheddar and 2 Mozzarella stripes. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with tomato wedges and avocado slices.

*6oz (2 c) uncooked dried medium shell macaroni can be substituted for 8oz uncooked dried radiatore
