3 Cups of corn meal
2 tsp of baking powder
1 1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of paprika
1 1/2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of cold water
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp of parsley flakes
oil for deep frying
Directions:

Combined dry ingredients and mix well. Add the water, milk and egg and stir until mixed. Add the onion and stir.

Heat oil to about 350º in deep pan.

Drop by spoonful into hot oil and fry until golden brown on all sides. Speak softly and they turn themselves in the oil.
