Frosting: 8 oz. Cream Cheese 1 tsp. vanilla 3 1/2 C. Powdered Sugar
Mix first 3 ingredients together. Roll into 1" balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 6-8 minutes at 350º. All to cool on sheet for 2 minutes then remove to cool completely. Mix frosting together with blender. Spread frosting between 2 cookies. Can roll edges in colored sprinkles for the season. Freeze well.
