2 eggs
2 tbsp water
2 1/2 lb. chicken
1/2 c flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
2 c cracker or dry bread crumbs
vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Blend eggs and water. Mix flour, salt, paprika, pepper and crumbs. Coat chicken with flour mixture, dip pieces into egg mixture. Fry in oil.
