24 fresh mushrooms, stems removed
10oz. package frozen chopped spinach
2oz. cream cheese
4oz. feta cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onion with tops
salt to taste
1 c. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Wipe mushrooms clean with damp paper towel. Thaw spinach then squeeze out as much water as possible. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except mushrooms and parmesan cheese. Mix well then fill mushroom caps and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.
Makes 2 dozen.
