1c Whipping Cream
1- 16 oz. box light brown sugar
2 c pecans
2 T margarine (room Temp)
1 t vanilla
2-3 t water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix whipping cream and brown sugar in microwave-safe 2 qt glass bowl. Microwave on high for 11min in 1000 watt oven or 13 min in 750 watt oven. It is not necessary to stir. Remove very carefully (HOT) Any mixture will be extremely HOT.
Add pecans, margarine and vanilla to hot mix. Stir until stiff. Use a HOT pad to protect your hands.
Add 2 to 3 t water. Stir until mixed.
Immediately, begin to drop by teaspoons onto foil. Use another teaspoon to release mixture if it sticks to spoon, as it is still too HOT.
Allow to cool before removing from foil.
