1 pkg/box Jumbo Pasta Shells

Cheese Mixture:
1 16 oz. carton Ricotta cheese
4 T. Parmesan cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1-2 eggs
1 t. sugar
dash of pepper
dash of dried or fresh Parsley

1 can diced tomatoes
1 t. Italian Seasoning
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 T. sugar

Parboil Jumbo Shells for about 8 minutes and drain.

Mix and spoon cheese mixture into shells.

Pour half of the sauce into the casserole dish. Place stuffed shells on top. Then pour the rest of the sauce over the shells. Cover and bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Uncover and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 5 minutes more. Let set for 5-10 minutes before serving.
