1 pkg. fresh broccoli
5 slices American cheese or 1/2 cup mildcheddar cheese
1 c. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stack of Hi- Ho crackers crushed
4 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in small amount of water. In small skelletput 2 tbsp.butter, chopped onions and sliced mushrooms and saute. Add to cooked broccoli, which has been drained well. Add cheese and the mushroom soup and mix well. Pour into casserole dish and top with crushed crackers.Melt remaining butter and drizzle over crackers. Bake in 375 degree oven until lighty browned and bubbly.
