2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. warm water
3/4 c. melted shortening
7 c. flour
1 T. salt
1/2 c. dried milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put yeast, warm water and sugar in large mixing bowl. Let set until dissolved. Add softened or melted shortening. Add combined dry ingredients. Mix well. Let rise, then knead down. Shape into rolls and put into greased muffin baking dish. Let rise double. Bake at 350º until light golden brown. Brush tops with butter.
