Salmon (Suggest getting it at Costco if it's an option)

1 jar basil pesto

Directions:
Directions:
Timing depends on thickness; On a hot grill with
average thickness 4 minutes per side should get you medium. (2 - 3 minutes for medium rare).

Grill the salmon on the first side;

Place a thick strip of basil down the center of each piece of salmon. (Alternatively, you can spread the pesto over the salmon. The thick strip just looks fancier.)

Grill until finished.
