4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 T. sugar 1 T. yeast 1 1/2 c. warm water 1 cube margarine or butter, melted
Dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Add flour and salt. Knead 5 minutes. Let rise in bowl for 10 minutes. Roll into 10-19 breadsticks. Place in jelly roll pan and drizzle with melted margarine. Let rise 20 minutes. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. *Before baking, sprinkle with garlic salt and/or Parmesan cheese if desired.
