6 potatoes 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 6 tsp. mustard 1/3 cup pickle juice 1 genuine pickle (sliced) small can of pimentos 2 pinches celery seed pinch of salt and pepper ½ cup chopped onion.
Peal and Boil potatoes about 25 minutes. Cool potatoes 30 minutes, Cube / Slice potatoes. Pour potatoes into mixing bowl Add all of the ingredients continuing to stir and mix well with the potatoes. Refrigerate overnight.
